Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel items (including underwear) can only be returned or exchanged if unopened and in original packaging.

For approved returns, Cotton Breeze will assist with the return shipping or pickup process for orders within Australia.
For international orders, including New Zealand and the USA, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 14-day return period.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, customers may choose between:
- A refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit to use on a future Cotton Breeze purchase
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
